TOG Self Defense is a practical, scenario-based program drawing from boxing, Muay Thai clinch work, and basic grappling fundamentals — filtered specifically for real-world defensive situations. No sport rules, no competition mindset — just skills that work when they need to.
Equally important to physical technique is the mental framework — situational awareness, de-escalation, and the psychology of confidence under stress. Coach Tanya teaches the complete picture.

Situational Awareness

Real-world threat assessment, de-escalation principles, and the psychology of confident body language.

Striking Fundamentals

Palm strikes, elbows, and defensive guard — high-impact techniques that require zero athletic experience.

Scenario Drill

Partner-based scenario practice in controlled conditions. Technique applied under simulated stress.

He built the TOG HIIT protocol from the ground up — engineering every interval, every transition, and every finisher to maximize adaptation.
