Every plate, every dumbbell, every barbell — returned to its home after every set. The floor speaks your standards louder than your lifts. A re-racked weight is your signature on the session. There is no exception, no shortcut, and no accountability gap here.

Wipe every surface, every machine, every mat after use. Sweat is earned — leave the equipment clean for the next beast to earn theirs. The member coming after you deserves a floor as ready as the one you walked into. That's not courtesy. That's The Standard.
The Floor Demands Your Focus.
Your phone does not train here. When you step onto the floor, you are fully present. The floor is a temple of work — not a stage, not a photo set, not a scroll zone. Between sets: breathe, recover, prepare. The rest can wait.

Respect Every Member's Space.
This floor belongs to the entire Pack. Occupy only what you're actively using. Don't spread equipment across multiple stations during peak hours. Acknowledge your fellow members. Encourage without imposing. The Pack lifts together — not over each other.
If You Moved It, You Own It.
If you bleed, you clean it. If you sweat, you wipe it. If you moved it, you return it. You are responsible for everything in your training orbit. This is not a rule — it is a reflection of your character. The Pack will see it either way.
